Kalber Struckley Solicitors (formerly Michael Kalber & Co) started as a specialist criminal defence practice in Soho in the late 1980s at a time when there were very few specialist criminal defence firms based in Central London. We are now based in the City of London, our ethos unlike many larger firms is to deliver a personal service ensuring continuity so that most often the same solicitor would be responsible for the conduct of our clients case from the time of their arrest in the police station to the conclusion of their case in the Crown Court. Due to our central location we have developed a client base across London and throughout the Home Counties and having been established for so long have represented 2nd and even 3rd generations of the same family with most of our client base being established through personal recommendation. We pride ourselves on our professional approach putting our clients first and going over and above what is expected in order to provide a quality service to achieve the best results for our clients.
As we have remained a small practice we are able to provide a tailored service and friendly approachable manner with all members of staff being familiar with clients and their cases so any queries can be responded to immediately and clients can always gain access to the solicitor dealing with their case within a very short timeframe.
Having been established for nearly 40 years we have a wealth of experience in the Criminal Justice System as well as having developed long standing working relationships with renowned Counsels Chambers and Experts in their respective fields. Due to the level of our expertise and the complexity of the cases we have conducted we were one of the smallest firms to be accepted onto the Serious Fraud Panel when it was first established in early 2000. Kalber Struckley and Co continues to deal in all types of criminal work from the most minor road traffic matters to the most sophisticated and serious of cases of fraud and murder as well as everything in between and strive to ensure we always achieve the best result for every client we represent.

Multi handed drugs importation / conspiracy. All defendants pleaded guilty but managed to mitigate our clients role leading to his receiving a sentence significantly lower than all his co defendants.
